Outpatient Therapy

The Link to Hope model of care is designed to help families that are dealing with various mental and behavioral health concerns, including but not limited to:

  • Attention problems – ADHD
  • Opposition, defiance, disrespect, and aggression
  • Anger issues
  • Grief and loss
  • Depression-feelings of sadness and tearfulness
  • Mood swings
  • Social withdrawal
  • Sleep difficulties
  • Transition or adjustment problems
  • Adoption issues
  • School problems
  • Traumatic events
  • Attachment issues
  • Lying or stealing
  • Bullying issues
  • Truancy/absenteeism from school
  • Family and relationship problems
  • Self-esteem issues

A Link to Hope provides individual, group, and/or family therapy services to adults and children ages 4 to 18. Outpatient therapy is provided in a private setting on a weekly or bi-weekly basis to meet the needs of each client. Each client receives an assessment and a Patient-Centered Treatment Plan to guide treatment. Our licensed clinicians conduct assessments with each client. Assessments thoroughly examines:

  • the child’s medical, family and social history
  • past and present experiences
  • growth and development
  • presenting problems and previous treatment plans
